Glow Safety – Refund and Warranty Policy

At Glow Safety, we are committed to providing high-quality products and clear expectations. Due to factors beyond our control, such as surface conditions and installation practices, the following terms apply to all sales:

1. No Guarantee of Results

Glow Safety does not guarantee performance results. The effectiveness of our products depends heavily on proper surface preparation, environmental conditions, and application technique, all of which are beyond our control.

2. Limited Remedy – Refund Only

If the product is proven to be defective and was installed strictly according to Glow Safety’s instructions, we will refund the original purchase price as the sole remedy.

To be eligible for a refund:

    •     Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

    •     Proof of purchase is required

    •     Product must be returned in its original packaging

    •     Product must have been stored at proper temperatures, as outlined in our technical specifications

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been improperly stored, misused, or altered in any way.

3. Exclusion of Other Liability

Glow Safety shall not be liable for any other damages or costs, including but not limited to:

• Reinstallation or labor costs

• Property damage or losses

• Business or revenue loss

Our total liability is limited solely to the refund of the product’s original purchase price.

4. No Implied Warranties

Glow Safety expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to:

Warranty of merchantability

Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

Warranty of quality, unless explicitly stated in writing

These disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and may be limited by certain provincial or local consumer protection statutes.

5. Final Sale Items

Custom orders and bulk purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
